To download the program, click
on the field below and follow the prompts. When asked where to save it to, save
it to your Desktop. When the download is complete you can load it immediately by
clicking on Open (or Run) on the Download complete box. If you want to load it
at another time, you can click on the shortcut on your desktop. You will need
the password that was given to you at time of purchase to load the program.
In QuickBooks Chart of Accounts, you must setup
Freight Charges and Linehaul Charges in the Item List and Carriers Pay, Commission,
Drivers Pay and Deductions as Expense in Chart of Accounts. In Dispatching Plus II in the
QuickBooks Defaults section, the Invoice Customer Message must match exactly one
already setup in Quickbooks
If you are using Vista the
user account must have its User Account Control (UAC) set to On (as recommended
by Microsoft). QuickBooks 2006 and earlier will not be supported on Windows
Vista.
