Profit Tracker comes with an extensive list of categories for
variable expenses, fixed expenses, and types of revenue but new categories can
be added as needed. Any new expense, revenue, fuel stop, customer, driver and
truck can be entered "On the Fly" when entering records and only have to be
entered once. When they are needed, just choose from a list.
Profit Tracker will calculate:
- Fixed cost per mile.
- Variable cost per mile.
- Total cost per mile.
- Total fixed expenses.
- Total variable expenses.
- Total expenses.
- Total mileage.
- Total Revenue.
- Revenue per mile.
- Revenue per day.
- Profit and loss in dollars and per mile amount.

* One truck version does not give you the option of adding
drivers or trucks and some reports are limited to how they can be sorted.
